We are in a middle of a industrial revolution, and the technology is evolving faster than ever. It's an ever-changing playground and those wanting to remain at the helm of innovation have to adapt. As technology evolves, understanding the key trends will allow us to prepare and grasp the opportunities. And for meet the demands of a technology enabled consumer base, businesses and solution providers must also turn toward the latest trends and possibilities provided by emerging innovations to realize their full potential. And keeping an eye on these emerging trends will definitely create more and more opportunities for you in the near future. So, let's talk about emerging trends that the world need to keep an eye on in 2020.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Artificial Intelligence is one of the most transformative emerging technology that will have an enormous impact on the world over near future. AI holds significant potential for businesses and yet to achieve the full spectrum of capabilities. Companies, businesses are already started to explore how they can use AI to improve their products and services to streamline their business operations. In current industrial revolution, AI combining with machine learning will be a powerful force. Businesses can use AI to achieve several benefits such as, improve customer satisfaction, provide actionable insight of their services, cost saving, more efficient communication, more productivity, and streamline workflows.

Blockchain

Blockchain, is referred to as Digital Ledger Technology (DGL). It is essentially a digital ledger used to record transactions but secured due to its encrypted and decentralized nature. Blockchain are often lies with cryptocurrency. Immutability and transparency is the real power of blockchain technology. Due to fixed and highly visible nature of blockchains, it has been widly accepted to have financial applications. While cryptocurrencies and Bitcoin are the most popular examples of blockchain usage,it is finding a broad range of uses.

Blockchain provides better record management, providing a snapshot of any record from its origination. It could be used to verify orders, purchases, returns, receipt of product.

Also it uses for "Smart Contract" to ensure delivery of conditions. Smart contracts can be described as a computer code that can be built into the blockchain to facilitate, verity, or negotiate contract agreement. They are operates under a set of conditions that users agrees to and when the conditions are met the terms of agreements are carried out.

Also it uses for supply chain management, integration with banks and other financial organizations, voting with blockchains etc.

Autonomous Driving

Autonomous Driving technology (self driving technology) is becoming increasingly common and could radically transform current transportation system. while we are yet to have a fully autonomous vehicles, but already have partially autonomous vehicles with capable of operating lesser degree of autonomy, such as lane assistance, braking, self-driving prototypes. In addition security, entertainment functions that in car systems but not directly connected to driving.

Autonomous vehicles, also known as self-driving vehicles or "driverless" vehicles, which human drivers are never required to take control to safely operate the vehicle. they combine sensors, and software to control, navigate, and drive the vehicle

Autonomous driving will become a practical reality in the near future.

5G Technology

5G is the 5th generation of mobile netowrk. The speed and stability accomplished with 5G technology greatly outpace those seen with previous networks such as 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G. While 5G mobile networks became available in 2019, they are still mostly expensive and has limited coverage. With super-fast and stable network connectivity. it will reduce the latency issues. Also 5G technology is meant to deliver more reliability, massive network capacity, increased availability, and a more uniform user experience to more users.

5G enables a new kind of network that is designed to connect virtually everyone and everything together including machines, objects, devices. For example, with increased bandwidth, will enable machines, autonomous vehicles, robots, to collect and transfer more data than ever with low latency than before. This will lead to advancing of another area, Internet of Things (IOT).

Internet of Things (IOT)

The IOT refers to the connection of all kind of devices to the internet and to each other. It's a network of digital connectivity, As the world becomes more and more digitized, the IOT shines. The IOT helps people live and work smarter, as well as gain complete control over their lives. in addition to offering smart devices to automate homes, IOT is essential to business. It provides businesses with a real-time look into how their systems really work, delivering insights into everything from the performance of machines to supply chain and logistics operations.

Informed businesses is the key to success and IOT provides greater clarity into consumer behavior. IOT is increasingly offering business opportunities in the form of data collection and analysis. As such, IOT is one of the most important technologies of everyday life, and it will continue to grow and keep the world competitive.

Computer Vision

Computer vision is a rapidly evolving technology. In term "Vision" involves systems that are able to identify items, places. objects or visual images. Computer vision includes acquiring, processing, and understanding images and videos to model, replicate and sometimes even more exceed human vision and perform useful functions. In modern world we are going to see more computer vision equipped tools and technologies, such as Autonomous driving vehicles, face recognition, cameras to watch for defective products or equipment failures, etc.

Augmented Reality / Virtual Reality

Augmented Reality is to create a system in which the user cannot tell the difference between the real world and the virtual argmentation of it. AR makes our own world becomes the framework within which objects, images, or similar are placed. For example of this concept is Pokemon Go.

Virtual Reality is a computer-generated environment with scenes and objects that appear to be real, making the user feel they are immersed in their surroundings. It is fully immersive and everything we see is part of an environment artificially constructed through images, sounds. etc. For example, VR allowing us to immerse ourselves in video games as if we were one of the characters.

AR / VR are among the technologies with highest projected potential for growth and it is integrated into our present, and it will lead to advances that will shape the future.
